You do not appear to be logged in.

Login to the e-Empowerment Zone.

If you are having problems logging in, read below

1. Make sure you are using the correct password, make sure you don't have the "Caps Lock" button on, etc.

2. If you know you are logged in correctly (that is, you were just logged in successfully, but you are still seeing this page), you are "probably" having a problem with your Internet browser's cache. Try the following:

In Internet Explorer

Go to the "Tools" menu, choose "Internet Options"

In the section "Temporary Internet files" in the middle of the "General" tab,

click on "Delete Files" (this will delete the files in your cache)

click on settings and under "Check for newer versions of stored pages" choose "Every visit to the page."

Click on "OK" and then close out of the window.

In Firefox

Go to the "Tools" menu, choose "Options"

In the "Advanced" menu, select the "Network" tab

click "Clear Now" in the "Cache" section.

click "Ok" and close the windows
